Total Audio Promo provides music industry contact enrichment, pitch generation, and campaign tracking tools. The Service includes Intel (contact research), Pitcher (outreach), and Tracker (analytics).
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes and in compliance with applicable anti-spam legislation.
Paid subscriptions are billed monthly or annually as selected. All fees are non-refundable except as required by law. You may cancel your subscription at any time, and cancellation will take effect at the end of the current billing period.
Contact data enriched through Intel is provided for your business use. You retain ownership of your data and may export it at any time. We do not sell your contact data to third parties.
Total Audio Promo shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages resulting from your use of the Service.
